Jung Kook has added another milestone to his record-breaking solo career.
The BTS vocalist's debut solo single, Seven, has surpassed 3 billion streams on Spotify, becoming the first song by a Korean solo artist to reach the mark.
Released in July 2023, "Seven" has remained a fixture on major global charts long after its initial launch, underscoring the track's unusual staying power in an increasingly competitive streaming landscape. The song has spent more than 150 consecutive weeks on both Spotify's Weekly Top Songs Global chart and Billboard's Global Excl. U.S. ranking.
The achievement adds to a growing list of commercial milestones for Jung Kook, whose solo catalog has consistently resonated with international audiences. Tracks including "Standing Next to You," "3D" and "Left and Right" have each surpassed one billion streams, helping establish the singer as one of K-pop's most successful solo acts on global streaming platforms.
Built around a UK garage-inspired groove and an immediately accessible pop melody, "Seven" became a worldwide breakout hit upon release and has continued to generate strong consumption years later.
The latest Spotify milestone also arrives as BTS accelerates activities in its post-military Chapter 2 era. The group is set to launch its "ARIRANG" World Tour in Madrid on June 26, kicking off a global run that will span 34 cities and 88 performances.
