Disney+ has offered a closer look at the returning and newly introduced characters set to appear in A Shop for Killers Season 2, building anticipation for the next chapter of the action series.
Returning to the story are Jin-man, played by , who has mysteriously survived, and Ji-an, portrayed by , who has become the new head of the shopping mall after completing a brutal succession process. Geum Hae-na returns as Min-hye, while Kim Min reprises his role as Pashin, both now standing as stronger allies alongside Ji-an.
Season 2 also highlights Ji-an’s transformation. No longer the frightened young woman caught off guard by sudden attacks, she steps fully into the world of assassins. Reunited after surviving near-death experiences, Ji-an and Jin-man prepare to strike back against Babylon, setting the stage for larger-scale action and new challenges ahead.
Jo Han-sun also returns as Bale, the relentless killer who continues to pursue Jin-man. Known for his ruthless nature and intimidating presence, Bale remains one of the most dangerous figures in the series, renewing his rivalry with Jin-man in Season 2.
The global mercenary organization Babylon is set to play an even bigger role as it expands its operations into East Asia.
Actor joins the cast as Kusanagi, the head of Babylon’s East Asia branch. Distinguished by his sharp suits and calm demeanor, Kusanagi brings a different presence from the mercenaries seen previously in the series.
Joining him are as Q, a team leader in Babylon’s East Asia division, and as Jay, one of the organization’s elite mercenaries. The new additions are expected to bring fresh energy and dynamics to the expanding story.
A Shop for Killers Season 2 follows Ji-an, now the new leader of the mysterious shopping mall, as she reunites with Jin-man and launches a full-scale counterattack against the global forces of Babylon. The series premieres on Disney+ this July.
