KBS2’s Mr. House Husband 2 once again drew strong empathy, moving between laughter and tears. The episode interwove onstage excitement with personal confessions, presenting different types of family stories on one screen and leaving a lasting impression.
The March 21 broadcast showed the reunion between singer Park Seo-jin and Baek Ji-young, along with the daily life of newly joined Hwanhee. Actress Choi Yoon-young appeared as a special guest.
The studio was filled with light excitement from the start. When Choi Yoon-young said, “My goal is to get married within three years,” Park Seo-jin immediately made a playful attempt to connect her with Hwanhee. Hwanhee immediately went to see her, but the gap built over time did not easily narrow.
At an awkward dining table, the conversation continued. His mother spoke honestly about herself growing older, and Hwanhee faced emotions he had not known before. His suggestion to live together was declined, but his intention to change their relationship was clearly conveyed.
The difference in tone between the two stories made the program’s sincerity even clearer.
