I-DLE is set to take the stage at Lollapalooza in Chicago, marking a pivotal moment in the group’s North American expansion.
On March 18, Cube Entertainment confirmed that I-DLE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, Shuhua) will perform at the festival held from July 30 to August 2 (local time) at Grant Park in Chicago.
Drawing around 400,000 attendees annually, Lollapalooza stands as one of North America’s largest multi-genre music festivals. The upcoming performance will be the group’s first appearance at the event, where they are expected to reinforce their reputation for powerful live stages, previously proven at Japan’s Summer Sonic 2025.
The booking carries additional weight as the culmination of their recent North American promotions. I-DLE has appeared on major U.S. platforms including NBC’s “Today Show” and “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” while continuing radio outreach with an upcoming slot on KIIS FM’s “iHeart K-Pop with JoJo.” Their Lollapalooza stage is expected to serve as the high point of this promotional run, amplifying local fan engagement.
Momentum from the festival will immediately transition into a large-scale tour. Starting August 2 in Hamilton, Canada, I-DLE will launch their “2026 I-DLE World Tour [Syncopation],” covering 10 cities across North America including Newark, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
