K-pop singer YENA has heightened anticipation for her comeback by unveiling a highlight medley for her upcoming album.
On March 7, YH Entertainment announced that the highlight medley video for YENA’s fifth mini album ‘LOVE CATCHER’ was released through the artist’s official social media channels on March 6.
The video unfolds against a black-and-white retro television backdrop and presents highlight moments from all five tracks on the album, including the title track ‘Catch Catch’, offering a preview of the record’s overall sound and concept.
Preview clips from the album’s B-sides appear in sequence, including ‘Because It’s Spring’ featuring DinDin and Jeong Hyeong-don, ‘Sticker’ featuring MRCH, ‘Question Mark’ with Paul Kim, and ‘April’s Cat’, revealing the album’s diverse musical palette.
In particular, the title track ‘Catch Catch’ is built on an electro-pop foundation, expressing the tension of a chasing relationship through lively synth loops and dynamic vocals. The track highlights YENA’s distinctive musical identity known as “YENA Core,” emphasizing her playful yet energetic pop style.
YENA’s fifth mini album ‘LOVE CATCHER’ will be officially released on major music platforms on March 11 at 6 p.m. (KST).
