Singer Wendy concluded her first solo world tour with an encore concert in Seoul, further solidifying her standing as a global solo artist.
On March 2, ASND announced that Wendy held the “2025-26 Wendy 1st World Tour W:EALIVE ENCORE” for two days from February 28 to March 1 at Ticketlink Live Arena in Olympic Park, Seoul.
The concert marked the finale of Wendy’s first solo world tour “W:EALIVE,” which began in Seoul last September and traveled across Asia including Taipei, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, before continuing to major North American cities such as San Francisco, Chicago, and New York.
The show opened with “Fireproof” from her third mini album “Cerulean Verge.” Wendy went on to perform a series of solo tracks including her first self-written song “Hate²,” along with “Queen Of The Party,” “Best Ever,” and “Chapter You,” heightening the energy inside the arena.
The setlist was further enriched by cover performances and popular OST stages that previously drew attention through broadcasts. Wendy delivered live renditions of Park Ji-yoon’s “Illusion,” which she performed on the web show “Limousine Service,” Park Hwayobi’s “Such a Thing,” which she sang on KBS2’s “Bangpan Music,” as well as drama OST tracks “All It Takes Is One Word” and “Daydream,” drawing enthusiastic responses from the audience.
During the encore, she performed “Best friend” and “EXISTENTIAL CRISIS,” stepping closer to the crowd and interacting directly with fans.
After completing the tour, Wendy said, “It was your unwavering love that made it possible to hold the encore concert. Thank you for creating such precious memories with me. Let’s stay together for life,” bringing the long journey to a heartfelt close.
