BLACKPINK has once again proven its unparalleled command of concept and imagery, unveiling two contrasting visual posters for its upcoming mini album DEADLINE.
On February 9, YG Entertainment released two visual poster versions, Statue ver. and Red Light ver., through its official blog, presenting BLACKPINK at opposite ends of the aesthetic spectrum.
The Statue version highlights restrained elegance. Dressed in sculptural white styling that emphasizes fluid silhouettes, the members radiate a refined aura built purely on presence rather than ornamentation. The minimalist composition evokes the stillness and authority of a living artwork.
In sharp contrast, the Red Light version places BLACKPINK under seductive red lighting, amplifying their intense charisma. Direct gazes and dramatic shadows generate palpable tension, revealing a completely different emotional register while underscoring the group’s ability to transform any color into its own signature language.
The mini album DEADLINE captures what the group describes as “irreversible peak moments” and “BLACKPINK at its brightest now.” The album features five tracks, including title song GO, pre-release track JUMP, as well as Me and my, Champion, and Fxxxboy.
DEADLINE is set for worldwide release on February 27 at 2 p.m. KST.
