The group SEVENTEEN has once again proven its formidable global influence by breaking another streaming record on a major music platform.
According to Spotify, the world’s leading audio and music streaming platform, on the 8th, the title track "LOVE, MONEY, FAME (feat. DJ Khaled)" from SEVENTEEN’s 12th mini-album SPILL THE FEELS surpassed 100,051,537 cumulative streams as of the 6th. With this achievement, SEVENTEEN now boasts a total of 19 tracks—including both group and unit songs—that have reached over 100 million streams on Spotify.
"LOVE, MONEY, FAME (feat. DJ Khaled)" is characterized by its highly addictive, groovy melody. Member Woozi participated in writing and composing the track, conveying the sincere message that "the only thing I want is your love." Upon its release, the song topped domestic music charts and secured spots on the Billboard Global (Excl. U.S.) at No. 25 and the Global 200 at No. 50, showcasing its international popularity.
Recently, SEVENTEEN has been continuously adding to their list of records with previously released hits as well. Their representative track "Super" exceeded 300 million cumulative plays on Spotify, while the music video for "Don't Wanna Cry" surpassed 300 million views on YouTube. Furthermore, their first English single, "Darl+ing," is on the verge of reaching 200 million streams, further demonstrating their sustained momentum.
After dominating global charts, SEVENTEEN is now set to meet fans worldwide through their live performances. They will kick off "SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN ASIA" starting with shows at the Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on February 28 and March 1. The heat will continue as they tour major stadiums across Asia, including Singapore, Bangkok, and Bulacan.
The grand finale of the tour will take place in South Korea. SEVENTEEN plans to wrap up their seven-month world tour with an encore concert at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on April 4 and 5, concluding the journey on a high note.
