Singer Im Chang-jung has concluded his 2025 nationwide tour with a final set of performances in Seoul.
On December 29, JG Star announced that Im Chang-jung successfully completed the Seoul encore shows of his 30th anniversary concert series, “Chonseureoun Concert,” held on December 27 and 28 at KBS Arena in Seoul.
The Seoul concerts served as the closing chapter of the nationwide tour marking the 30th anniversary of Im Chang-jung’s debut.
Opening the show with “Summer Dream,” Im Chang-jung went on to perform a series of well-known songs spanning multiple generations, including “Small but Certain Happiness,” “Again (1997),” “Someone Who Resembles Me,” and “Love Again (2015).” The audience responded with sustained sing-alongs throughout the performance. His steady stage delivery and direct engagement with concertgoers contributed to a cohesive live atmosphere.
Audience interaction was also a key component of the concert. Im Chang-jung led several participatory segments, including a New Year-themed acrostic poem event, as well as interactive corners titled “Chang-jung Marble” and “Sing with the Star (Hyung).” During the “Chang-jung Marble” segment, selected college students received gifts, and Im Chang-jung additionally promised to invite them to his home for a New Year’s meal, drawing a warm response from the audience.
In closing remarks, Im Chang-jung thanked fans for their support, stating, “With the energy you’ve given me, I feel encouraged heading into next year,” and added, “I hope everyone stays healthy in the new year,” as he wrapped up the final performance of 2025.
Following the conclusion of the tour, Im Chang-jung is scheduled to begin his 2026 activities with concerts in Los Angeles, United States, and Sydney, Australia, in January.
