Virtual boy group PLAVE delivers the emotional atmosphere of a film through a heartfelt remake track.
On December 29, TOON STUDIO announced that “Borrowing This Night to Speak,” a collaboration OST sung by PLAVE for the film Even If This Love Disappears from the World Tonight (hereafter referred to as OSEISA), would be released at 6 p.m. KST across major online music platforms.
The OST is a reinterpretation of the original song released in 2021 by singer 10CM, reimagined through PLAVE’s distinct musical color. The track delicately captures the emotional tone of the film, which tells a tender romance between a high school girl whose memories reset each day and an ordinary boy, through restrained lyrics and melody.
In particular, the song’s reinterpreted flow, shaped by PLAVE’s clear and refreshing vocal texture, is expected to vividly convey the lingering warmth of youthful yet poignant love portrayed in OSEISA, starring Choo Young-woo and Shin Si-ah.
“Borrowing This Night to Speak,” the collaboration OST sung by PLAVE for OSEISA, is available from 6 p.m. KST on December 29 through major online music platforms.
Meanwhile, PLAVE has recently demonstrated its rapid growth by surpassing one million first-week sales consecutively with Caligo Pt.1 and PLBBUU.
