Girl band QWER has delivered a musical gift filled with the gentle warmth of the holiday season through its collaboration with PlayStation.
According to Tamago Production, the agency released on December 17 the carol version music video of “Be Happy,” a track from QWER’s third mini album, produced in collaboration with PlayStation, via the group’s official YouTube channel. The members featured in the video are Chodan, Magenta, Hina, and Siyeon.
The video reinterprets the song’s inherently positive message through a cozy carol arrangement. The hopeful energy of the track is reflected in the members enjoying popular PlayStation games and embracing small moments of joy in everyday life, evoking the warm sentiment of the year-end season.
This musical warmth expands through a wide range of online and offline promotions. From SNS quiz events to on-site activations at the PlayShop in Yongsan I’Park Mall (December 24 to January 11), the campaign naturally extends the affectionate atmosphere of the content into the daily lives of fans, offering a special and enjoyable experience.
Meanwhile, QWER continues to build a distinctive presence through collaborations with various game IPs since its debut. The group is currently holding its first world tour “ROCKATION,” and will continue its global tour starting in Macau in January, followed by Tokyo, Singapore, and other cities.
