Brand New Music renews its message of “origins” and “leap forward” while paying tribute to the late Lee Min of As One, a symbolic figure of the label.
On the 15th, Brand New Music announced the release of its label project single, “BRANDNEW YEAR 2025 ‘RE:BRANDNEWAL,’” marking the latest installment of its annual year-end signature project.
The single holds special significance as it remakes As One’s classic song “Twelve Nights (Sip-i-ya),” timed to coincide with the birthday of the late Lee Min.
Built around Crystal of As One’s solo vocal performance, the R&B harmony completed by label artists including Verbal Jint, Bumkey, Hanhae, and Lee Dae-hwi stands out as a condensed expression of the label’s sincerity in honoring its heritage and its determination to move forward with renewal.
The accompanying music video, also set to be released, was fully produced using AI technology, visually reinforcing the project’s intent by reinterpreting the original song’s analog sensibility through a future-oriented approach.
Meanwhile, Brand New Music’s year-end single “RE:BRANDNEWAL” will be available on major online music platforms at 6 p.m. on the 15th.
