Yim Si-wan has shared a lyric video that visually embodies the sentiment of his first solo album, offering fans a special sense of winter romance.
On the 11th, SMArt, the music label under SM Entertainment, announced that it released the lyric video for Yim Si-wan’s first mini album “The Reason” on its official YouTube channel on the afternoon of the 10th.
The newly released video includes the full lyrics of every track in the album, including the title song “The Reason,” “나의 사랑이여 (Dear My Love),” “단둘이 (Two Of Us),” “Where I Need To Be,” and “조각 (Pieces).”
In the video, Yim Si-wan enjoys peaceful moments to himself, writing in his journal and reading a book in a quiet café. The sweet message of the title track, “All my reasons are you,” along with its dynamic band sound, blends naturally with his relaxed daily mood.
Combined with the calm and dandy visuals he previously showcased through teasers, the video evokes the lyrical mood of a scene from a romantic film, further enhancing the warm and delicate emotions the album conveys.
Meanwhile, on the 10th, Yim Si-wan won Best Actor in Film at the 33rd Korea Culture and Entertainment Awards for his performance in the Netflix movie “The Mantis,” reaffirming his presence as an all-rounder active in both music and acting.
