내가 하는 일은 단순히 과거를 반복하는게 아니다. 나는 미래와 과거가 맞닿아 있다고 생각한다. 그리고 그 사이에서 우리가 앞으로 어떤 가능성을 만들어낼 수 있을지 고민한다.
The idea is not for me to redo what was done. The future is the past and the past is the future, and I am working through that to see what can happen for us.

나에게 미래는 사실 지금 이 순간이다. 내 아틀리에에서 패션을 창작할 수 있다는 건 너무나 큰 축복이다. 이건 누구나 가질 수 있는 사치가 아니니까.
Future to me is actually now. Which excites me, in the sense that I feel really blessed to have an atelier and to be able to create. It’s a luxury not everybody has.
