RESCENE is putting its own stamp on one of K-pop's best-known early hits.

Ahead of the July 8 release of its remake single "Pretty Girl," the group has unveiled a music video teaser that revisits KARA's 2008 classic through a distinctly modern lens. Rather than recreating the original shot for shot, the preview focuses on capturing its youthful spirit while reshaping it with RESCENE's own style.

The teaser trades nostalgia for a lighter, more contemporary atmosphere. Soft pink visuals, playful interactions between the members and relaxed styling give the familiar story a fresh identity without losing the charm that made the original a fan favorite.

Its closing sequence, featuring the members confidently walking forward together, also expands on the group's earlier "Secret Closet" campaign, reinforcing the bright, self-assured message that runs throughout the project.

Instead of simply revisiting a beloved classic, RESCENE positions "Pretty Girl" as a bridge between generations, blending the optimism of KARA's original with the group's youthful vocals and contemporary performance style.
