Toy Story 5 continued its dominance of the South Korean box office on June 24, holding the No. 1 position for an eighth consecutive day despite a wave of new releases entering the market.
According to the Korean Film Council (KOFIC), the Disney-Pixar sequel sold 75,205 tickets on Wednesday, lifting its cumulative admissions to 1,066,793 and officially surpassing the 1 million mark.

The DC blockbuster follows Kara Zor-El as she faces a powerful new threat while searching for her own path beyond the shadow of Superman.
Close behind was mystery thriller The Eyes, starring Shin Min-a, which launched in third place with 34,943 admissions. The film's cumulative total stood at 38,416 following preview screenings and opening-day admissions.
The suspense thriller centers on a woman gradually losing her eyesight due to a hereditary condition as she investigates the circumstances surrounding her twin sister's death.
Local blockbuster Colony slipped to fourth place but continued its impressive run, drawing 24,627 moviegoers and raising its cumulative admissions to 5,600,658.
The infection thriller stars Jun Ji-hyun, Koo Kyo-hwan, Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hyun-been, Kim Shin-rok and Ko Soo.
Rounding out the top five was comedy feature Wild Sing, which added 19,418 admissions for a cumulative total of 1,154,012.
