The location of the 150 billion won gold vault has finally been exposed. And now, Disney+ thriller "Gold Land" is heading straight into chaos.
Episodes 5 and 6 of Disney+’s "Gold Land," releasing May 13, will show Woo-gi (Kim Sung-cheol) finally standing face-to-face with the hidden gold bars inside the abandoned mine.
At the same time, a tense image of Hee-joo (Park Bo-young) pointing a gun directly at Woo-gi has been revealed, raising questions about whether their relationship has completely collapsed.
The situation spirals even further when Director Park (Lee Kwang-soo) suddenly storms into the mine and comes face-to-face with Hee-joo and Woo-gi.
Once Director Park discovers that the gold is truly hidden inside the mine, the relationship between the three characters begins collapsing under greed and suspicion.
The upcoming episodes are expected to push tension to the extreme through brutal chase sequences and violent confrontations between Woo-gi and Director Park as both men desperately try to seize the gold.
Meanwhile, Do-gyeong (Lee Hyun-wook), who escaped from the hospital, also begins moving toward Hee-joo, introducing another dangerous variable into the story.
The production team stated, “Episode 6 will bring every major character into direct collision. Their obsession and greed toward the gold will spiral out of control, leading to completely unpredictable choices.”
They added, “Another important point is the moment when the characters begin doubting and destroying each other.”
As trust collapses and desire explodes, "Gold Land" appears ready to push its thriller tension to an entirely new level.
