ZEROBASEONE has unveiled the tracklist for its sixth mini album “Ascend-,” drawing attention with a modern visual concept that resembles the pages of a carefully designed book.
On May 4, WAKEONE released the official tracklist image for “Ascend-” through the group’s social media accounts.
The newly released image creates a refined and modern atmosphere, styled like an open book filled with sleek typography and minimalist design elements. Printed across the layout are the album’s seven tracks: “Intro.,” title track “TOP 5,” “V for Vision,” “Customize,” “Exotic,” “Changes,” and “Zero to Hundred,” alongside detailed production credits.
The credits also reveal the album’s clear musical direction. Leading the release is “TOP 5,” a dance-pop and contemporary R&B track that modernizes the sound of 2000s-era dance music. Built on groovy and sensual hip-hop rhythms, the song is expected to deliver ZEROBASEONE’s signature minimalist style through a bold and stylish approach.
Another major point of interest is “Customize,” which marks member Park Gunwook’s first self-written track since debut. Combined with the group’s previously revealed classic and sophisticated concept visuals, the credit further highlights the team’s expanding musical capabilities and artistic growth.
With its visual design and track credits alone, “Ascend-” has already established a distinct identity centered on refinement and evolution. The album is expected to capture ZEROBASEONE’s journey so far while presenting an expanded musical spectrum and powerful new performances.
ZEROBASEONE will officially release its sixth mini album “Ascend-” on May 18.
