ZEROBASEONE has begun full-scale preparations for its comeback, unveiling a sophisticated first concept that blends restrained classic aesthetics with the group’s evolving visual identity.
WakeOne recently released teaser content for the “Cover Story” version, the first concept tied to ZEROBASEONE’s upcoming sixth mini album “Ascend-,” through the group’s official SNS channels.
Presented through concept photos and cinematic teaser films, the newly released visuals elevate the polished atmosphere previously introduced alongside the group’s “Season 2” rollout.
Mixing tailored suits with leather styling, the members move fluidly between heavy monochrome imagery and vivid color accents, reinterpreting classic and modern sensibilities with distinct individual flair.
The members’ intense gazes and refined expressions further amplify the minimalist visual direction, creating a deeper and more mature charisma throughout the concept series.
The visual ensemble reflects the album’s central theme of sharpening identity by focusing on core essence, while hinting at another major musical leap for the group.
ZEROBASEONE is scheduled to return on May 18 with its sixth mini album “Ascend-.”
