BTS continues its dominance on the U.S. charts, extending its stronghold with a sustained top-tier performance.
On April 27, BigHit Music confirmed, citing Billboard’s preview chart, that BTS’ fifth full-length album “ARIRANG” ranked No.4 on the Billboard 200 (dated May 2), maintaining a Top 5 position for five consecutive weeks.
The album recorded 62,000 units in its fifth week, including album sales, streaming equivalent albums (SEA), and track equivalent albums (TEA), signaling steady and broad-based consumption.
Rather than a short-lived spike, the continued chart performance reflects deep-rooted mainstream engagement. The album’s long-run trajectory further underscores the successful establishment of “BTS 2.0” as a new global chapter for the group.
This momentum is directly translating into touring power, with all dates sold out across 12 North American cities for a total of 31 shows. BTS launched the tour in Tampa on April 25 and is set to make history again as the first Korean act to headline Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso next month.
Looking ahead, BTS is expected to continue its global streak, bolstered by its nomination in major categories at the American Music Awards (AMA) and ongoing tour activities.
