A shattered memory, a hidden truth, and three figures locked in mutual suspicion set the stage for a high-stakes mystery.
Wavve’s upcoming series Reverse, set to premiere on April 17, follows Ham Myo-jin (Seo Ji-hye), who loses her memory after a catastrophic explosion at a chaebol family villa. As she attempts to recover her past, she begins to uncover the secrets of her fiancé Ryu Jun-ho (Go Soo) and the truth behind the incident, unfolding into a full-scale revenge thriller.
The newly released character posters sharpen intrigue around the central trio.
Seo Ji-hye appears pale and disheveled, her stunned gaze hinting at psychological rupture. Accompanied by the line “Did I kill them?”, her character Ham Myo-jin is positioned at the center of a murder mystery entangled with her lost memory, raising questions about the truth she may uncover.
Go Soo presents a stark contrast as Ryu Jun-ho, the poised heir to a conglomerate. Impeccably composed on the surface, his cold, restrained expression suggests a concealed agenda. The line “We were engaged. Don’t you remember?” reinforces his effort to control both memory and narrative, deepening suspicion around his role.
Kim Jae-kyung completes the triangle as Choi Hee-soo, clad in striking fashion yet frozen in tension. With the phrase “Everyone has a secret they can’t tell,” her presence signals a latent trigger within the unfolding story, hinting at a concealed motive that could destabilize the fragile balance.
Built on the concept of reversed truth and fractured memory, Reverse positions its narrative around shifting perspectives and layered deception. With each character guarding secrets and questioning reality, the series sets up a volatile trajectory driven by distrust and revelation.
