JENNIE has earned her second Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), reaffirming her long-running global impact as a solo artist.
According to OA Entertainment on March 21, the RIAA awarded Platinum status to 'like JENNIE', the title track of her first full-length album 'Ruby', on March 20 (local time). The certification marks over 1 million units sold in the United States, upgraded from its previous Gold status.
This becomes her second Platinum-certified track following 'One Of The Girls', her collaboration with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp. In addition, 'Mantra' and 'ExtraL' have both earned Gold certifications, bringing her total to four RIAA certifications and reinforcing her presence in the global pop market.
The milestone aligns with the first anniversary of 'Ruby'. Earlier this month, JENNIE launched a commemorative pop-up store and released 'Ruby (The Complete Collection)', drawing strong fan engagement. She also secured two wins at the 23rd Korean Music Awards for Best K-pop Album and Best K-pop Song, alongside critical acclaim from major international outlets’ “Best Albums of 2025” lists.
Momentum from BLACKPINK’s recently concluded world tour, combined with attention surrounding the group’s new release 'DEADLINE', has further amplified the result. Global enthusiasm for group activities continues to drive sustained consumption of JENNIE’s solo catalog, creating a strong synergy effect.
JENNIE continues to demonstrate both a distinct solo identity and the scale of group influence, with industry attention now turning to her next global move.
