Singer Park Ji Hyun, returning with a deepened voice beyond the nickname “Trot Prince,” is making a decisive statement with his first full-length album.

MASTER VOICE unfolds like an essay, tracing the beginning and end of love, the passage of waiting, the shadow of regret, and the inner process of standing back on stage. Each track is carefully infused with Park’s emotional arc, allowing listeners to follow the narrative of a single life story.

The album contains a total of 10 tracks, including the title song “Mu (無),” along with “Opening,” “Prayer,” “Beautiful Life Story,” “Dancing In Love,” “Goodbye Is a Sad Word,” “Aching Heart,” “Manmul Truck,” “Invitation,” and “Mu (無) (inst.).” Hitmaker Yoon Myung-sun, known for shaping major trot successes while crossing into idol music, produced all tracks, elevating the album’s overall quality. The project highlights Park’s uniquely plaintive vocal tone at its fullest capacity.

The title track “Mu (無)” centers on the message of embracing “myself as I am.” Singing of emotions that grow stronger through emptiness, the song offers quiet comfort to those navigating the present. From classic trot sentiments of separation to soaring high notes, poignant confessions of love, and rhythmic dance moods, the album showcases a wide genre spectrum.
