"Health Farmer" is set to unveil one of its toughest missions yet, pushing even Lee Joon and Choo Sung-hoon to their breaking point.
Episode 9 of tvN’s "Health Farmer," airing February 15 at 7:30 p.m., follows the five core members and guest Lee Joon as they attempt to harvest 20 kilograms of lotus roots in a muddy field for the project’s finale.
Initially encouraged by what seemed like a manageable 20kg target compared with previous ton-level tasks, the members quickly found themselves overwhelmed by the harsh terrain. Trapped in thick mud that made movement difficult, Lee Joon struggled to keep pace, while Amotti admitted, “This is the hardest thing so far. It’s tougher than ‘Physical: 100,’” underscoring the extreme physical challenge.
The most dramatic moment came from veteran fighter Choo Sung-hoon. After displaying impressive strength early on, he abruptly declared, “I don’t need today’s guarantee. I’ll quit,” stunning the group and prompting an unexpected vote among members.
Despite the exhausting conditions, the show’s signature “Health Spoon Game” continued. Choo Sung-hoon faced off against jiu-jitsu champion Heo Kyung-hwan and "Physical: 100" winner Amotti in pride-driven physical contests. His candid remark, “I hope I don’t see you again,” delivered with a mix of exhaustion and humor, is expected to provide one of the episode’s most memorable moments.
tvN’s "Health Farmer" episode 9 airs February 15 at 7:30 p.m., marking the finale of the program’s ambitious “agricultural musical” project.
