"Humint" is gearing up to deliver a kind of raw, physical action that simply belongs on the big screen.
The film will open in premium formats including IMAX and Dolby Atmos, amplifying director Ryoo Seung-wan’s trademark punchy choreography and the vast, unfamiliar landscapes that frame the story. Every format is designed to pull audiences straight into the center of the chaos.
Each actor brings a distinct fighting style. Jo In-sung uses his long reach for wide, sweeping strikes that feel fast and explosive. Park Jung-min counters with tight, controlled movements rooted in hapkido. Park Hae-joon turns up the tension with gritty, weapon-driven combat that hits with blunt force. Supporting performances from Jeong Yoo-jin and Lee Shin-gi add further intensity, making every action beat feel immediate and alive.
The newly released stills capture that energy in motion. Jo overwhelms enemies with bare-handed force. Park fires while speeding through a chase, raising expectations for breathless car action. Park Hae-joon’s cold stare down the barrel of a gun hints at the ruthless clash ahead.
Set in Vladivostok, where secrets and truths sink beneath an icy sea, "Humint" follows people with conflicting missions on a collision course. The film arrives in theaters nationwide on February 11.
