The upcoming film "HUMINT" has officially entered its final countdown to release, aiming for strong box office momentum during the Lunar New Year holiday season.
"HUMINT" is set in Vladivostok, a frozen city where both secrets and truths sink into an icy sea. The story follows individuals with different objectives who collide under extreme circumstances. Directed by Ryoo Seung Wan, the film stars Jo In Sung, Park Jung Min, Park Hae Joon, and Shin Se Kyung.
The newly released second poster carries the striking line "HUMINT has been exposed. It must be saved at all costs" and immediately draws attention through a split composition of the characters’ faces placed in extreme situations. The intersecting gazes and silhouettes visually convey the crisis they face and the suffocating tension that surrounds them.
Section Chief Jo (Jo In Sung) sits in the driver’s seat, his lips tightly pressed and his expression grave as he stares ahead, suggesting a moment where a single decision could overturn everything. Park Geon (Park Jung Min) reveals a piercing gaze that heightens curiosity about the danger he has sensed and the true nature of his suspicions.
Hwang Chi Seong (Park Hae Joon), shown in the middle of a phone call, radiates a heavy presence as if attempting to control the situation through an unseen connection. Meanwhile, Chae Seon Hwa (Shin Se Kyung), even in profile alone, hints at a complex inner world and a hidden narrative, adding another layer of tension to the story.
Promising an intense cinematic experience, "HUMINT" is scheduled for nationwide theatrical release on February 11.
