BOYNEXTDOOR is set to reaffirm its reputation as a powerful live-performance group with the release of its first live album, capturing the raw energy and intensity of its concert stages.
On January 26, KOZ Entertainment unveiled a teaser video through its official YouTube channel, announcing the release of BOYNEXTDOOR’s first live album, “BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol.1’ FINAL - LIVE,” scheduled for February 4.
The teaser features scenes from the group’s final concert held in July last year at Seoul’s KSPO DOME. In particular, the rock version of their mini-album title track “But Sometimes” resonates in the background, highlighting the members’ solid live vocals, rich band sound, and the overwhelming cheers of fans, all of which heighten anticipation for the album.
This live album goes beyond being a simple concert record. It stands as proof of BOYNEXTDOOR’s strong stage presence and musical growth, which they have demonstrated since their debut. It also serves as a signal of their broader ambitions, with a full-length album and new tour activities planned for later this year.
Meanwhile, BOYNEXTDOOR (Sungho, Riwoo, Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak) will begin their global activities as the headliner of Japan’s “BEAT AX” next month. Their schedule continues with appearances on Japan’s TBS program “CDTV Live! Live!” in March and Taiwan’s “Kaohsiung Sakura Season Music Festival,” followed by a fixed entertainment show on Japan’s Nippon TV in April, showcasing their expanding presence across international stages and broadcasts.
