[영상] 세계 각국의 공통된 난제 "미국과 중국, 우린 어디쯤?"

[인트로]

(이번에 정상회담 보셨어요?)

중국이랑 했잖아요.

(지금 세계에서 가장 강한 나라가 어딜까요?)

미국 아닐까요? 돈도 많고 베네수엘라 사건도 있고 그렇게 빨리 처리될 줄 몰랐거든요.

(근데 10년 뒤에도 미국일까요?) 그렇지 않을까요? (저는 중국?)

한번 물어보죠. 다른 나라 사람들은 어떻게 생각하는지

[오프닝]

지금 세계는 미국과 중국 혹은 러시아까지 강대국을 중심으로 외교, 경제, 안보의 선택지가 갈라지고 있고 베네수엘라 사례처럼 강대국과의 관계가 한 나라의 운명을 좌우하는 장면도 나오고 있습니다.

그래서 외국인들에게 물어봤습니다. 각국 정부는 어디에 더 가까운지, 그리고 글로벌 1위 국가는 어디라고 생각하는지, 또 강대국 사이에서 각국은 어디쯤에 서 있는지. 

 

Q. "지금 우리나라 정부가 어느 나라에 더 우호적인 것 같아요? 중국 아니면 미국?"

"Which country is your government friendly to China or the United States?"

[한국]

"미국이라고 생각하고 있어요. 주식이 가장 큰 영향인 것 같고 트럼프나 미국 국가 자체랑 우리나라가 예전부터 좋은 측면으로 서로 지내고 있었기 때문에 여전히 미국이랑 가장 우호적이게 지내지 않을까, 미국이 세계적으로 경제 주권을 잡고 있으니까 미국, 한국이 어려울때 꾸준하게 도와줬으니까."

"I think it's the United States. I think stocks are the biggest impact. Trump, the U.S and Korea in a good way for a long time. I think we will still be the most friendly with the U.S since the U.S. holds economic sovereignty globally. The U.S. continued to help Korea when it was in need."

[러시아]

"저는 러시아 사람이예요. 지금은 중국과 더 친하다고 생각하죠. 실제로도 중국과 더 우호적이기도 하죠, 미국보다는요. 러시아,우크라이나 전쟁만 봐도 중국은 우리 편을 들어주고 있으니까."

"I'm from Russia. So I think that China is more friendly, more friendly relationship between Russia and China than the United States. Because of the war between Ukraine and Russia, so yeah, I think it's China more."

[일본]

"미국, 이유는 트럼프."

"U.S because of Trump."

[캐나다]

"미국이죠. 오랜 시간 동안 이웃이자 동맹국이니까요."

"United States because we are neighbors and allies."

[루마니아]

"일반적으로 미국이죠. 유럽 연합은 미국에 대해 개방적이거든요. 하지만 최근에 우리나라는 중국과 어떤 동맹을 맺었어요. 우리 정부도 뭔가 다음을 생각하는거겠죠?"

"Generally, it's the U.S because EU and we have a big openness towards the states. But recently, my country has made some kind of alliance with China, so I think we're trying to extend towards."

[영국]

"현재 영국은 미국과 정치적 동맹을 맺고 있죠. 영국과 미국 사이는 깊은 역사도 있죠. 하지만 미래에는 영국도 중국과 동맹을 맺고 경제 성장을 이룰 것 같아요."

"Right now the UK is more politically aligned with the U.S. There's a long history between the UK and the United States. But I think in the future I can see more countries with the UK being aligned with China as they grow economically."

[스페인]

"미국이죠. 근데 문제가 좀 있죠. 스페인 정부는 군대에 많은 돈을 투자 할 수 없거든요. 미국은 압박하고 있죠, 미군 비용으로 더 많은 돈을 줘야 한다고 하죠."

"USA, but we have some problems. Because the Spanish government don't spend a lot of money. So, United States say that we need to get more money to military."

Q. 미래를 봤을 때 어떤 나라와 같이 가야할까요?

"(CN/US) which country should we go with in the future?"

[한국]

"지금은 미국이라고 생각하는데 미래적으로 봤을 때는 중국이 더 잠재성도 크고 지금 발전하는 단계가 큰 것 같아서 미래적으로는 중국이고 현재는 미국으로. 얼마 전에 베네수엘라 체포 사건 어떻게 생각하시나요? 이게 어쩔 수 없이 세계가 약육강식으로 펼쳐지는 것 같기도 하고 사실 안타깝죠. 한국 같은 경우에도 중국이나 미국한테 계속 붙어있는 것도 미국, 옛날부터 역사적으로나 전쟁때 어려울때 우리나라를 도와줬고."

"I think it's the United States now, but in the future I think China has more potential, it's in a big stage of development now, so in the future it's China and now it's the United States. What do you think about the arrest in Venezuela not too long ago? It's unfortunate that the world is ruled by the strong, it's a pity. In case of Korea, it should be seen well by China or the U.S. The U.S. has always helped Korea in times of history and war."

[러시아]

"중국과 가까워야 유리할거 같아요. 미국보다는요. 뭔가 갈수록 더 가까워 질거 같기도하고요."

"I think it would be better to be close to China than the United States. I think there's more possibility that we'll be friends than…"

[일본]

"미국. 이유가 필요할까요?"

"U.S. I don't know why."

[캐나다]

"미국이죠, 군대는 최강이고 경제 관계도 우리나라와 좋은 편이니까요."

"United States because they have a big military and we have a lot of economic relations with them."

[루마니아]

"미국. 미국은 경제적으로 가장 성공적이고 강력한 국가죠. 모두가 알거예요. 미국은 정말 강하다는걸."

"I think U.S. U.S is like the most economically successful and powerful, everyone's opinion, right now and they're generally very very powerful."

[영국]

"미국이랑 계속 가야죠. 사실 좀 어렵긴해요. 미국이랑 중국 중 고르는게, 개인적으로는 신경 안 쓰지만..."

"Aligned to the united states. Right now it's difficult to say who's more important the united states or china, personal opinions i don't really care."

[스페인]

"미국은 다른 나라 대통령도 데려 갈 수 있기는 하죠. 미래를 봤을때는 중국이랑 우호적인게 좋죠. 왜 중국인가요? 미래에는 중국은 세계 최강국이 될거니까요."

"U.S can kidnap someone from another country. Thinking about the future is better china. Why better china? Because i think in the future china will be the the most powerful country."

Q. 가장 강한 국가는 어디라고 생각하십니까?

"What do you think is the strongest country today?"

[한국]

"미국이라고 생각합니다. 군사적인 면에서도 많이 발전한 건 사실이지만 아직 미국이 어떤 걸 숨기고 있을지 더 큰 힘을 가지고 있을지 모르고, 앞으로나 미래나 미국이 가장 강한 국가일 거라고 생각합니다. 한국, 몇 위 정도 할 것 같아요? 전체적으로 봤을때 한국은 그래도 TOP10에는 들지 않을까 생각합니다. 미국, 모든게 갖춰져 있잖아 무기고 뭐고. 다만 중국도 만만하지 않다."

"I think it's the United States. The U.S. is very advanced militarily and don't know what the U.S. is hiding yet, hiding or if it has more power. I think the U.S. will be the strongest country. What rank do you think Korea will be? In overall ranking, Korea is, I think Korea will be in the top10. The U.S has everything including weapons, China isn't easy either."

 

[미국]

"이렇게 말해도 되나, 아마 미국일 거예요. 하지만 지금은 많은 일이 벌어지고 있죠. 조금 흔들리는거 같긴해요."

"I don't know, probably biased I mean, I guess the U.S. But right now, there's a lot going on at the moment, so a little shaky, but yeah."

[러시아]

"지금은 중국이 강하고 AI와 다른 모든 것 때문에 중국이 강하다고 생각해요."

"Right now, I think it's China because of AI and everything else. I think China is more powerful, I guess."

[일본]

"미국이죠. 군사력 1등. 트럼프가 존재하니까요."

"U.S. Military. Why? Because of Trump."

[캐나다]

"경제적으로나 군사적으로나 미국이죠. 어마어마한 기술과 무기들을 보세요."

"Economically and militarily, probably the United States they have a lot of technology and weapons."

[루마니아]

"미국이죠, 다들 알거예요. 미국의 막강한 군사력을 국가 간 관계에 관한 것들 모든 곳에 미국이 항상 존재하죠. 여기 저기 통제하고 싶어하는 것 같기도 하지만요."

"U.S I mean, everybody knows them. They have a great military power. When it comes to social, like, to relations between countries, U.S is always there. I feel like it's just in their nature to be very vocal."

[영국]

"지금은 미국이 가장 강하죠 (경제＆군사). 근데 중국도 1위가 될 수 있다고 봐요. 지금도 TOP5 안에는 있죠. 따로 확인해 봐야겠지만 어쨌든, 하지만 중국 경제는 점점 더 강해지고 있습니다. 메이드인차이나 다들 알죠? 군사적으로도 미래에는 서열을 앞다투지 않을까."

"Right now, economically and militarily, the U.S is the strongest, but I can see China becoming the number one country. I think they are probably in the top five. I need to check my facts about that. But China's economy is growing stronger. Everything's being made in China. Militarywise, I can see them becoming the strongest in the future."

[스페인]

"지금은 미국이죠. 가장 돈 많은 회사들은 죄다 미국에 있죠. 군사적으로요? 얼마 전에 미국이 베네수엘라 대통령 잡은거봤죠? 아주 빨리 잡았어요, 그렇게 빠를 수가 없어요."

"Right now, USA. The most rich companies in the USA. Military? Yesterday, they caught Nicolás Maduro. Really fast really fast."
