HYBE artists including BTS, SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, KATSEYE, and CORTIS have secured a sweeping presence at a major U.S. music awards ceremony, underscoring the label’s status as a global top-tier powerhouse.
On January 9, HYBE Music Group labels including BigHit Music, Pledis Entertainment, Source Music, BELIFT LAB, and HYBE x Geffen Records confirmed that their artists were nominated across key categories at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, according to the official announcement released in the United States.
BTS demonstrated their enduring influence through individual projects, earning multiple nominations. Jin and j-hope were both nominated for K-Pop Artist of the Year. j-hope, in particular, received four nominations, including K-Pop Song of the Year for his solo single “Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla),” Favorite K-Pop Collaboration for “Sweet Dreams,” and a nod in the Favorite TikTok Dance category. Jimin and Jung Kook were also nominated in the Favorite On Screen category for the Disney+ Original series “Are You Sure?!”
SEVENTEEN earned a nomination for Favorite K-Pop Collaboration with “Illegal + SEVENTEEN,” a project featuring members The 8, Mingyu, and Vernon alongside British singer-songwriter PinkPantheress. ENHYPEN was nominated for K-Pop Group of the Year, while members Heeseung and Jake also secured a nomination for Favorite K-Pop Collaboration through their featuring appearance on pop star Flo Rida’s track “Confessions,” highlighting both the group’s global standing and the members’ individual musical capabilities.
LE SSERAFIM continued to build momentum with a nomination in the Favorite TikTok Dance category for “SPAGHETTI,” the title track of their first single album featuring j-hope. This marks the group’s second consecutive year being nominated at the awards, following last year’s recognition for “Smart,” reflecting their sustained popularity in the U.S. market.
KATSEYE, the joint girl group project between HYBE and Geffen Records, also stood out with multiple nominations. Their hit song “Gnarly” was nominated for Favorite TikTok Dance and Favorite Tour Tradition, while “Gabriela” earned a nod for Best Music Video. In addition, their first North American tour “The Beautiful Chaos” was nominated for Favorite Tour Style, bringing the group’s total to four nominations. The achievement follows their recognition last year as Global Artist of the Year after surpassing 30 billion views on TikTok.
Rookie group CORTIS received nominations for K-Pop Best New Artist and Favorite TikTok Dance with the intro track “GO!” from their debut album. Marking their first appearance at a U.S. music awards ceremony, CORTIS was listed alongside global pop stars including Taylor Swift and emerged as the only K-pop boy group nominated in the TikTok Dance category, signaling their rapid rise.
The results reflect the combined impact of BTS’s continued global influence during their military service period, the established international presence of SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, and LE SSERAFIM, and the accelerating growth of KATSEYE and CORTIS. Together, they highlight HYBE Music Group’s robust artist IP power and the expanding stature of K-pop on the global stage.
The iHeartRadio Music Awards, hosted by U.S. digital radio broadcaster iHeartRadio, will take place on March 26 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on FOX.
