CORTIS continues its overwhelming momentum as one of 2025’s top rookies, backed by a sustained run on the U.S. Billboard charts.
On December 24, BIGHIT MUSIC cited Billboard’s latest chart update dated December 27, announcing that CORTIS’s debut album COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES secured No. 4 on the World Albums chart.
This achievement marks the group’s 15th consecutive week on the charts since first entering in September. It comes alongside a No. 35 ranking on Top Current Album Sales, which tracks physical album sales in the United States, as well as a No. 2 placement on Billboard staff’s “25 Best K-pop Songs of 2025,” underscoring the group’s strong staying power.
The momentum aligns with praise from major international outlets including Dazed, NME, and Teen Vogue, drawing attention to CORTIS’s identity as a “young creator crew” in which all members actively participate in the creative process, further solidifying their artistic potential and long-term growth trajectory.
Meanwhile, CORTIS is set to appear on a series of year-end broadcast stages, beginning with the 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon on December 25, followed by the 2025 Music Bank Global Festival in Japan on December 30, and the MBC Gayo Daejejeon on December 31. The group will also continue its global activities with an appearance on a special program on Japan’s Nippon TV on December 29, closing out the year with an expansive international presence.
