 Actor Jung Woo-sung reveals persistent madness behind a nonchalant face.

The Disney+ original series 'Made in Korea' is a story set in the 1970s, an era where chaos and leaps forward coexisted in the Republic of Korea. It depicts the confrontation between 'Baek Ki-tae' (Hyun Bin), a man who aims to reach the pinnacle of wealth and power by using the nation as a profit model, and 'Jang Geon-young' (Jung Woo-sung), a prosecutor who chases him to the edge of a cliff with terrifying tenacity, as they face immense events penetrating the era. Jung Woo-sung, who has shown overwhelming presence in numerous works including the movies '12.12: The Day', 'Asura: The City of Madness', 'The King', 'Steel Rain' series, 'Innocent Witness', 'Hunt', 'A Man of Reason', and the drama 'Tell Me That You Love Me', raises expectations by transforming into 'Jang Geon-young', a prosecutor at the Busan District Public Prosecutors' Office in 'Made in Korea'. 'Jang Geon-young', who became a prosecutor through sheer determination and his own strength in a harsh environment, encounters a massive criminal cartel while investigating 'Baek Ki-tae' with a terrifying tenacity hidden behind a hearty laugh.

Jung Woo-sung, who has depicted characters' emotions with depth through a wide acting spectrum crossing genres, is expected to perfectly transform into 'Jang Geon-young', a character with a large amplitude of emotions, in this work as well, setting up a confrontation with 'Baek Ki-tae' and presenting tense suspense.

The released 'Jang Geon-young' poster captures the image of Jung Woo-sung left alone on a dark and desolate street. Jung Woo-sung's profile, illuminated by red lighting, reveals 'Jang Geon-young's' single-minded aspect, solitude, and the persistent tenacity that transcends them.
