The WINNER member teases poetic lines from his second solo album, heightening anticipation for his comeback
Kang Seung-yoon of WINNER has unveiled glimpses of lyric highlights from his upcoming second full-length solo album “PAGE 2,” further fueling excitement for his return as a singer-songwriter.
YG Entertainment revealed the lyric poster for “PAGE 2” through its official social media channels on October 28.
The poster features paper airplanes soaring across a blue sky and directional arrows that guide viewers’ attention to key lyric fragments from the album’s 13 tracks, including the title track “ME (美).”
Notable phrases include the title song’s line “美 and shake that beauty,” as well as “The first snow I missed last winter seems to have fallen into my eyes” (“Barefoot”), “When sighs fade, I’ll come to pick you up, holding an umbrella” (“I’ll Pick You Up (Feat. Eun Ji-won)”), and “A solist left alone, crying without a stage or audience” (“HOMELESS”). Each line highlights the album’s lyrical depth and emotional resonance.
According to YG Entertainment, “Each track in ‘PAGE 2’ tells its own independent story, like a collection of short tales,” suggesting that the album will once again showcase Kang Seung-yoon’s understated yet weighty emotional storytelling as a singer-songwriter.
“PAGE 2,” Kang Seung-yoon’s second full-length solo album, will be released on November 3 at 6 p.m. KST.
