KOREA Taekwondo UNESCO Propulsion Team(추진단장 Choi Jae-chun)은 국기 태권도의 인류무형문화 유산등재를 위해 국내외 홍보 활동을 추진 해오고 있다.
이는 국내는 물론이고 전세계적으로 태권도인들의 공감대를 얻어내고 남북공동 유네스코 등재를 위한 초석을 다지는데도 필수적인 과정이라는 판단에서다.
특히 국기 태권도의 유네스코 등재는 대한민국의 찬란한 전통과 한국인의 긍지를 담아 K컬쳐 강국으로 가는 지름길이기 때문이다.

KOREA Taekwondo UNESCO Propulsion Team(Leader Choi Jae-chun) has been promoting domestic and international promotional activities for the registration of national Taekwondo as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
This is based on the judgment that it is an essential process to gain consensus from Taekwondo people not only in Korea but also around the world and lay the groundwork for joint UNESCO listing between the two Koreas.
In particular, the UNESCO listing of the national flag Taekwondo is a shortcut to becoming a K-culture powerhouse with the brilliant tradition of Korea and the pride of Koreans.
We must work together under the catchphrase "Let's go UNESCO together."
