Ankit A. Shukla, Vice President of TechVision's technology research division, emphasized the promise of Ferro Phosphate Batteries as a next-generation technology poised to replace lithium-ion batteries. "With high safety, low cost, and long lifespan, these batteries have seen investments exceeding $12.5 billion in the past two years," Shukla noted. "Their broad application ranges from electric vehicles to grid storage and portable electronics."
2. **GLP-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAs)**
Vandana Iyer, Director at TechVision, highlighted the expanding therapeutic range of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists beyond metabolic health, extending into chronic disease treatment and weight management. "Approved for cardiovascular diseases, diabetic nephropathy, and sleep apnea, they are undergoing clinical trials for neurodegenerative diseases and gut health applications," she explained. "Their impact on personalized medicine is expected to be significant."

Vivek Vaidya, Head of Mobility, identified carbon-neutral fuels as a cornerstone technology accelerating the energy transition. "Adopted robustly through policy initiatives across Europe, more than $6 billion has been invested globally," Vaidya stated. "Sustainable aviation fuel and energy security are becoming strategic priorities for governments worldwide."
4. **Advanced Encapsulation Technology**
Benoit Butruille, Director of TechVision's research division, discussed the potential of advanced encapsulation technologies in drug delivery and consumer goods innovation. "By enhancing material stability, bioavailability, and controlled release capabilities, these technologies, when combined with nanotechnology, are expected to create a market worth about $26 billion by 2029," Butruille said.
5. **Metacognitive AI**
Sudeep Basu, Head of Innovation Services, described Metacognitive AI as a technology that surpasses traditional AI by incorporating self-awareness, adaptive learning, and autonomous decision-making. "It is rapidly being applied in cybersecurity, predictive analytics, and workflow automation," Basu noted, forecasting a market value of approximately $95 billion by 2029.
