Jennie Sweeps Domestic and Foreign Music Charts With 'Ruby'...Proving global popularity

 

JENNIE, a member of K-pop's leading girl group "Black Pink" and a solo singer, is sweeping various global music charts with her first solo studio album "Ruby."

According to her agency OA Entertainment (ODDATELIER) on the 10th, Jenny's "Ruby" released on the 7th topped the real-time charts of Bugs, a major domestic music site, and the iTunes "Top Album" charts in 21 countries/regions, including the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore.

"Ruby" also topped daily digital bestsellers on Chinese QQ music and cougou music.

All of the tracks, including the title song "Like JENNIE," are evenly popular, ranking at the top of the global music charts.

Like Jenny's music video topped YouTube's surge in popularity within five hours of its release. It also topped YouTube Trending Worldwide and YouTube's music video Trending Worldwide.

Interest in Jenny is also heating up offline.

Jenny is holding a show tour called "The Ruby Experience" to commemorate the release of the album.
