[News Culture] LE SSERAFIM has opened its latest era with strong first-day sales and a broad international chart showing, giving the group an early boost ahead of a packed run of North American appearances.
The five-member group released its second single, ‘Made My Night,’ on Sept. 11. According to Hanteo Chart, the record sold 195,572 copies on its first day, taking No. 1 on the daily album chart.
The figure is roughly twice the opening-day tally of the group’s previous single, ‘SPAGHETTI,’ marking a sizable jump in physical sales.
The title track has also moved quickly beyond the domestic market. ‘Made My Night’ entered the Worldwide iTunes Song chart at No. 14 on Sept. 11 and, as of 9 a.m. on Sept. 12, had reached No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in 21 countries and regions, including the United States, Japan and France.
Its accompanying music video is extending that reach through LE SSERAFIM’s second collaboration with Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch franchise. The video debuted at No. 45 on YouTube’s Global Daily Top Music Videos chart and appeared on trending music rankings in 31 countries and regions, including No. 5 in the United States and No. 4 in the United Kingdom.
The partnership gives the release an audience beyond the group’s established K-pop fan base, linking LE SSERAFIM’s pop identity with one of the world’s best-known gaming franchises.
Musically, ‘Made My Night’ also pushes the group toward a brighter pop-dance sound while retaining the sharply defined concepts that have shaped its catalog. Following tracks such as ‘BOOMPALA,’ the new release continues LE SSERAFIM’s strategy of pairing distinct musical eras with large-scale global collaborations.
The early chart results arrive as the group intensifies its presence in North America.
LE SSERAFIM completed a taping for ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’ in the United States on Sept. 10 and is scheduled to perform on the main stage at BlizzCon 2026 on Sept. 13.
The group will then launch the North American leg of its tour in Los Angeles on Sept. 16 before appearing at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival on Sept. 19, becoming the first K-pop girl group to perform at the event.
With album sales, streaming visibility, gaming collaboration and major U.S. appearances converging within the same release cycle, ‘Made My Night’ has given LE SSERAFIM a fast start to its latest global campaign.
