미국 국제무역청에 직구 금지법안 신고했다.ㄷㄷㄷ

가끔 댓글이나 달고, 고양이 사진 올리고 있었는데 

아주 재밋는 법안이 이슈인걸 확인했다.

 

뭐, 국민의 안전을 위해 직구를 막아? (골프채랑 낚시대 빼고?)

심지어 내가 개인적으로 조카한태 인형을 보내는 것도 막는다고?

 

다행이 몇 개붕이들이 읽기 쉽게 자세히 설명한 글들을 올려놨더라고.

거기다 어떤 개붕이는 직접 미국 국제무역청에 신고를 했더라?

그래서 나도 잘 참고해서 미국 국제무역청에 ‘Foreign Trade Barrier’ 라는 명목으로 신고했다.

‘신고 전문’

South Korea officially announced a new law/restriction prohibiting international(oversea) purchase of 80 categories of items, under name of Public Safety. According to this law, in order for a company to export any item that is in the 80 categories, they need to obtain a specific certification (called KC mark) from the Korean government. No matter how many international certification the product has (FCC, TUV, CB, CE, UKCA, EAC), it does not matter. Even if a company were to get a KC certification for their ‘A’ product, if there is color variance, they need to obtain the mark for every single color they offer. 

 

The cost for the certification isn’t cheap at all. 
Obtaining 1 KC mark requires $500 (commission) + $580 (processing fee) + Business trip cost for two high officers + @ 

 

I listed the three branch that is being impacted : Children related product (34 categories), Electronical appliance(34 categories), and Cleaning product (12 categories). And here are the detailed categories that being affected. (not product)

Children related product (34 categories) : children’s water play equipment, children’s play equipment, child safety devices for cars, children’s BB guns, children’s textile products, synthetic resin children’s products, children’s sports protection products (protective gear and safety helmets), children’s
skateboards, children’s bunk beds, Toys, children’s tricycles, children’s chairs, children’s bicycles, school supplies, walkers, strollers, children’s
beds, children’s heat packs (including pocket heaters), children’s carriers, children’s sports rescue suits, children’s leather products, children’s glasses frames and sunglasses. , children’s swimming goggles, children’s umbrellas and parasols, children’s wheeled sneakers, children’s roller skates, children’s ski equipment, children’s snowboards, shopping cart accessories, children’s accessories, children’s kickboards, children’s inline roller skates, Children’s furniture, children’s textiles + x (all children’s products)

 

Electronical appliance(34 categories) :
Electric wires, cables and cords, switches, electronic switches, capacitors and power filters, electrical equipment accessories and connection parts, fuses, circuit breakers, AC power electric steamers and foot warmers, electric chargers, single cells, lamp holders, general lighting fixtures, Stabilizers and lamp control devices, lithium secondary batteries, control elements for electrical devices, compressors, electric hot water mats, waste heat recovery ventilators, water freeze preventers, electric water purifiers, electric health equipment, bubble generating devices, wet towel rolling devices and packaging devices, Fluid pumps, electric bathtubs, computer power supplies, batteries, power conversion devices, lithium secondary battery systems, reusable battery modules, reusable battery systems, recycled tires for automobiles, gas lighters, BB guns.

 

Cleaning product (12 categories) :
Preservation treatment products for humidifiers, household chemical products for humidifiers, disinfectants and preservatives for humidifiers, quarantine sterilizers and disinfectants for preventing infectious diseases, insecticides for health, repellent for health, insecticides for preventing infectious diseases, rodenticides for preventing infectious diseases, disinfectants, algaecides, and repellents, Preservative for wood.

Those categories contains hundreds and thousands of items being affected. Some says this is for banning products from China but that is a misconception. The government is stating that, all product from oversea is under this regulation. In fact, some of Amazon product is getting affected from this law now.
